Our office for the South India operations is located in the city of Karur, which is the heart of the textile belt of Tamil Nadu. Our office is dedicated to purchase, quality control and delivery of handloom products.  The business process starts with the procurement of greige cotton yarns from different mills.  We have an inherent advantage in sourcing the cotton yarn, as we are ourselves a manufacturer of cotton yarn. This enables to have very good knowledge about the market conditions which includes quality and prices. We have a very good and long-term understanding with various mills for our raw materials products such as yarns suitable for handloom articles. 

   
 

The next step is to give the yarn for dyeing and during this process our supervisors are present at the facilities at all time to monitor the quality.  After dying we give the dyed yarn of approved color and quality to the handloom weavers/ handloom societies and they return to us the woven fabric. 

   
 

Our stitching and packing of made-ups in South India is done in house at our own facilities and then our logistics staffs coordinate for custom formalities and final shipment.  By adopting the above modus operandi, we ensure that we achieve the combination of optimum price and best quality of all our products.  We have a vastly experienced technical staff that has been posted at South India to ensure smooth execution of all orders. 

   
 

Lastly, we enjoy an excellent working relationship with the handloom society in South India, which is subsidized by the government and is working under the small-scale industry’s category. This is a coordinating agency for the individual weaver that is committed to modernization and development of the handloom sector in South India .
