The factory does not employee children below the minimum legal age (18 years). It does not use forced, bonded or involuntary labor. They are not forced to submit/ lodge unreasonable deposits or identity papers etc |

We follow the minimum wage policy of the state of Himachal Pradesh, the state where we are located. Suitable catering services are provided for the workers and staff. Uniform has been provided to all the staff. It shall be provided twice a year. No discrimination on race, caste or religion or gender is observed. |

Health checks up and first aid facilities are provided to the workers. The company takes special interest in personal protective measures to take care of occupational hazards like wearing of mask in fabrication area, gloves etc. Smoking not allowed in the premises. |

Suitable and sufficient fire fighting equipments are in place. High voltage work area/ panel are provided with rubber insulation on floor. |
